1. Course and Workshop Refunds

Full Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and before the course or workshop has started, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Partial Refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and the course or workshop has started, we may issue a partial refund. The amount will be prorated based on the number of sessions or content delivered up to the point of your refund request.

No Refund: After 14 days from the date of purchase or once a course/workshop is completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription or Membership Refunds
If you are subscribed to any of our subscription-based services, such as a membership plan, the following applies:

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. If canceled, no future charges will occur.

Refunds: Refunds for subscription charges will only be considered if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the renewal date. Any refund requests outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Special Offers, Discounts, or Bundles
Refunds on courses or workshops purchased through special offers, discounts, or bundled packages may be subject to the same policies mentioned above. However, any refunds for discounted or bundled courses may result in the forfeiture of the discount or package deal.

5. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any fees for third-party services, such as payment processing or event fees, may not be refundable under this policy.
